Senior Account Manager
You'll be the first person amazing companies talk to when they need sales talent.
What you'll do:
Manage relationships with 20-30 active B2B clients seeking sales talent
Conduct intake calls to understand client requirements and create detailed role specifications
Review and shortlist candidates from our database using internal AI tools and manual screening
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, providing coaching to both sides
Ensure successful placements and manage the 45-day guarantee period
Identify account expansion opportunities for additional hires and new services
What we're looking for:
2-4 years of account management, recruiting, or client success experience
Strong understanding of sales roles and what makes effective salespeople
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Experience with recruiting or talent acquisition preferred
Compensation: $40-50,000/year + bonuses.

What You'll Do:
Build and maintain our core DealFuel platform
Develop new AI-systems and production-ready features
Work on multiple products across our portfolio
Collaborate with our product team to design and improve UX

3+ years of full-stack development experience
Strong proficiency in Typescript, React, Next.js, and databases (Convex)
Experience with APIs, routes, and modern dev tools
Understanding of AI/ML integration is a plus

What you'll do:

Create and curate content that helps members advance their sales careers
Moderate discussions, answer questions, and facilitate networking between members
Organize virtual events, workshops, and networking sessions
Work with our sales reps to create success stories and testimonials
Identify and nurture community leaders and brand advocates

What you'll do:
Own all payment processing, business structures, and financial operations across our 6+ digital businesses
Handle merchant accounts, compliance, chargebacks, and risk management to prevent payment processor shutdowns
Structure and maintain LLCs for optimal asset protection and tax efficiency
Build clean accounting systems and financial tracking so we actually know what's profitable
Manage all tax planning, filing, and compliance across multiple entities
Set up proper business structures for new ventures as we launch them
What we're looking for:
5+ years managing payment processing and business operations for online businesses
Experience structuring multiple LLCs and handling corporate compliance
Built accounting systems for different business models and managed multi-entity taxes
Practical experience with high-risk payment processing (coaching, software, services)
Expert with accounting software, financial systems, and asset protection strategies
Someone who handles problems instead of forwarding them and can figure things out independently
Understanding that clean systems save time and money
Compensation: $100.000/year + bonuses.
